New Fair Contests:

Angel Food Cake Contest:

1. Open to any individual who is a Pennsylvania resident
2. Entry must be a cake made from scratch using "PEQAP" eggs
3. Cake must be submitted for judging on cardboard (no doily required)
4. Recipe(s) listing the ingredients and the preparation instructions must be submitted along with the end cap showing the "PEQAP" emblem
5. Cake may be iced or filled

All scarecrow entries must be between four and five feet tall, and have an arm spread from two to four feet. They must be free standing (Example - mounted on pointed stake in buckets filled with sand, wooden or metal stand, etc.)

1. Class 1. Traditional-farm or garden scarecrow made from natural material
2. Class 2. Non-traditional -of man-made materials
3. Class 3. Characters- including celebrity look-a-likes
4. Class 4. Era-in-time- from a particular time in history or with present or futuristic looks
5. Class 5. Ecological -made from recycled materials
