Pennsylvania's 7th Annual INCREDIBLE Angel Food Cake Contest:
 2008 Angel Food Cake Winner
- Open to any individual who is a Pennsylvania resident
- Entry must be a cake made from scratch using eggs produced in Pennsylvania
- Cake must be submitted for judging on cardboard (no doily required)
- Recipe(s) listing the ingredients and the preparation instructions must be submitted.
- Cake may be iced or filled
Sponsored by Pennsylvania Egg Farmers and the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
The winning cake will be eligible for competition at the PA Farm Show in January 2011
